What should I give for Christmas?

So I need some help with getting my family and friends gifts. First I will mention who I will give gifts to and what I have in mind. There's my dad, mom, brother, brother's wife, My brother's baby, brother's wife sister, Brother's in-laws, my #1 best friend, another friend that is married to by best friends brother, and my second best friend.

Dad~He asked for rich chocolates and gourmet foods. I got him rocca chocolate, lindt chocolates, and other fancy food. I'm also gonna give him dvds like Gran Torino, Darjeeling Limited, and a few others. What else is a good gift for a dad, no ties, shirts, pants, watches, no clothing whatsoever.

Mom-Im gonna get her a handbag since she has a handbag fetish, and maybe a cute piece of jewelery. What else would you suggest.

Brother-I'm making him a scarf. The pattern is going to be blue,white,blue white. And maybe some snacks and also some dvd's Gran Torino, Ocean's Eleven, and Kung Fu Hustle. I'm thinking of finding him a nice sweater~maybe. Should I get him anything else

My brother's wife/Brother's wife sister-I'm going to give them both xoxo wallets, and make them both nice semi-fancy homemade bath kit.

My brother's baby(2&1/2)~I'm gonna get him a fancy baby suit with slacks, jacket, white button down shirt, and tie. And a cute sippie cup like spiderman or Cars, and maybe a few toys. Any other suggestions.

My brother's in-laws~I don't have a clue

My best Friend~I'm gonna make her a scarf pattern red, white, red, white, etc

My other friend married to my best friends brother~ She just had her honeymoon, but no condoms:D like a joke I can give her baby clothes:) I have no clue I need some help

My second best friend~My friend just had her 21 birthday I need to give her a birthday+Christmas gift. First I'm gonna treat her out to the movies. We're gonna see “New Moon” I personally don't really like this series, but it's entertaining. Then we're going Bowling, and dinner. What should I get her as a present. I might have to give it to her after Christmas because for Christmas I won't be near her. Ummm I'm going to New York for Christmas should I get her some cute stationery from a cute Korean shop? Need some help
